About the role
You will own delivery of a project from pre-start to practical completion: programme, budget, subcontractor procurement, council and client liaison, and health and safety compliance. You will run weekly site meetings, manage variations and keep the client informed with straight answers.
What you will bring
Seven plus years in construction with three plus managing projects of NZ$2m or more. Tertiary qualification in construction management, quantity surveying or a trade background with management experience. Strong commercial sense and experience with NZS 3910 contracts.

Required Qualifications
- Full driver licence and willingness to travel between sites
- Experience managing health and safety systems under HSWA
- Experience with NZS 3910 contracts and variation management
- Strong commercial and programme management skills
