Join Totara Homes as our next Site Manager in Tauranga.

About Totara Homes

Totara Homes is a family-owned building and civil construction business based in Tauranga. Founded in 2017, we run 1 location in the Bay of Plenty and employ a tight team that values doing the work well over scale.

About the role

You will oversee several sites or a large single project: programme, cost reporting, resourcing, quality and safety systems, and senior client relationships. You will develop site managers and foremen and set the standard for how the company builds.

What you will bring

Ten plus years in construction with a proven track record delivering commercial or civil projects on time and on budget. Experience managing managers across multiple sites. Comfortable with capital planning, tendering and lender or client reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Confident with Procore, MS Project or similar
  • Strong commercial and programme management skills
  • Experience with NZS 3910 contracts and variation management
  • Seven plus years in construction with three plus in a management role
