Builder's Labourer

Fernleaf Recruitment is growing and adding a Builder's Labourer to our Tauranga operation.

About Fernleaf Recruitment

A specialised building and civil construction staffing partner connecting employers with builders, tradespeople and site crews across the Bay of Plenty. Headquartered in Tauranga, founded in 2008, with a focus on long-term placement quality over volume.

About the role

You will support the crew through each stage of the build, from foundations and framing through to fit-out, following the foreman's daily plan and the site's health and safety rules under the Health and Safety at Work Act. Expect a mix of hand tools, power tools and some plant work as your tickets grow.

What you will bring

A full Class 1 licence and your own basic hand tools. Comfortable with heights, lifting and long days on your feet. Wheels, tracks and rollers tickets are an asset. You take instruction well, keep your area tidy and speak up when something looks unsafe.
